Sanford, Fla. — Consolidated Label Company, a leading manufacturer of custom labels in the United States, has received the Eugene Singer Award for its twelfth consecutive year – the longest winning record in the award category’s history.
The Eugene Singer Award is one of highest honors given by the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) to recognize excellence in business management. Joel Carmany, president of Consolidated Label, accepted the award in the “Large Company” category accompanied by his daughter, Tracy Stone, at the annual TLMI Converter Meeting held this year in Newport Coast, Calif.
“Family is an important part of our company culture. It means a lot to me this year that my daughter was able to join me in accepting this award on behalf of all the great employees at Consolidated,” said Carmany. “This award truly belongs to the entire team at Consolidated. Their dedication and hard work are second to none, and I’m proud that we have such a great team.”
Since 1986, the TLMI Eugene Singer Awards has honored companies for their excellence in business management as defined by an established set of growth and profitability ratios through the TLMI Management Ratio Study. Four awards are given each year in four company size categories: small, mid-range, medium and large.
