The ability to print multiple variations in one run is a must for custom nutraceutical label printing. We use industry-leading digital printers capable of running variations of your nutraceutical label artwork. Digital printing is the economical choice for variable data, consecutive numbers, and barcodes – especially for short-run jobs. Additionally, our printing presses offer large widths and printing capabilities on various labeling and packaging types.
Your custom nutraceutical labels may need to undergo unexpected changes in such a fast-evolving industry. Changes in consumer demand and production guidelines/regulations for nutraceutical products require swift action from your label supplier. Quick adjustments to your nutraceutical label order can have turnaround times as fast as 2-3 business days.
One of the most important elements of a nutraceutical product should be its attention to security. Aside from making sure your label materials are durable, shrink bands around the neck of your product’s container can show when it has been opened or damaged. Other ways we have boosted security and counterfeit protection on our customers’ products are through micro text techniques, “invisible” UV ink watermarks, and Izon security tapes.
We were in a time crunch for an upcoming trade show. Consolidated Label company came through with speed and turn around time. Could not have been more pleased.
Re-order was easy and our product looks extremely professional. We love building our brand with your product.
Nutraceuticals are nutritional products and supplements meant to act as a medicine. They usually include vitamins, proteins, and other dietary supplements. The demand for nutraceutical products has grown significantly in the last few years with the increased interest in natural alternatives to traditional medicine. Set your product apart from the competition with professional printed custom nutraceutical labels. We offer hundreds of options to help you achieve the exact label look you need.
White BOPP film label stock provides a solid canvas to make your design pop and can add a clean, modern look to your label. If you want to go with something a little more eye-catching, we also offer metallic effects with metalized stock and foiling techniques to make your product shine on the shelves. Another popular way to make your product stand out is by using textures and dual UV coating to create raised bumps or a tactile feel to your label.
If you want to display more information than you think will fit on your label, we also have the ability to print high-quality multi-layer labels that unfold and re-attach with ease.
Because we understand that many nutraceutical and supplement products come in containers with large circumferences, our printers can accommodate label widths up to 21.5 inches. Not sure what label size to order? Please give us a call at 1-800-475-2235
Nutraceutical products and supplements are commonly stored in bathrooms and kitchens, or carried in a gym bag. For this reason, nutraceutical labels should be durable and water-resistant. Shrink sleeves and labels printed on a film stock perform much better than paper stock labels when exposed to water or chemicals. To increase durability, we can add a laminate to the printed label rather than a top coat. Lastly, choosing a high-tack permanent adhesive will prevent it from detaching from the container.
We can! One of our most popular forms of product security is the tamper-evident shrink band. Shrink bands around the neck of your product’s container can show when your product has been opened or damaged. Other ways we have boosted security and counterfeit protection on our customers’ products are through micro text techniques, “invisible” UV ink watermarks, and Izon security tapes. In addition to your branding and product information, you’ll need to make sure your label contents are compliant with federal regulation.
Nutraceutical products are required to comply with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations on product ingredients and marketing claims. Depending on the nature of your product, the FDA will classify it as a drug, food, food ingredient, or dietary supplement.
